FMD vaccination biosecurity guidelines

We were tasked to create biosecurity guidelines for government FMD vaccination teams in Lao PDR and Myanmar. The aim was to reduce accidental spread of disease between villages by team members and their equipment through biosecurity measures and increased awareness. This work involved a wide range of tasks including a literature review, development of a booklet and quick reference guide for biosecurity, and delivery a workshop in Myanmar.

The project was delivered for the World Organisation of Animal Health (OIE) in collaboration with the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). Funding was provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade (MFAT).
